Dr. Montgomery and his wife, Madelyn, have been married for 50 years and have one son, Kelly. Mike came to Las Vegas immediately after receiving his Bachelor and Dental degrees from the University of Minnesota. Madelyn is a Las Vegas native and currently is an Adjunct Faculty member in the UNLV English Department.

Mike and Madelyn have been purchasing, developing, and managing their own commercial and residential properties since 1971. Madelyn Montgomery is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Nevada, license #B.1001218. Kelly the newest member of the office management team was born and raised in Las Vegas and is currently the on site manager of the Sunset Executive Offices located in the Park.

All three Montgomery's are very attentive to their tenants and maintain a personal relationship with them. They have their office at Sunset Professional Park and are always available personally or by phone. Fastidious attention is paid to the grounds, common areas, landscaping, and building maintenance. As a result of their conscientious management and frequent interaction and communication, their tenant retention is very high. We believe our tenant retention over so many years attests to what kind of Landlords we are.
